Applications of Nitromethane  :

1.It is mainly used as a solvent polarity in adhesives, and can be miscible with many organic compounds, and can dissolve cellulose derivatives, resins, dyes, fats, etc., especially for nitrocellulose, cellulose acetate, polyacrylonitrile, polyester, wax products, and so on.

2.It can also be used as aerosol propellant, rocket fuel and dyes and so on.
