Applications of Dichloroethane:

1. Mainly used as vinyl chloride; Ethylene glycol; Oxalic acid; Ethylenediamine; Tetraethyl lead; Polyvinyl polyamine and bibenzoyl raw materials.

2. Also used as grease; Resin; Rubber solvent, dry cleaning agent, pesticide to remove presbythrin; Caffeine; Vitamin; Hormone extractant, wetting agent, impregnating agent, petroleum dewaxing, seismic agent,

3. also used in the manufacture of pesticides and drug insecticide; Piperazine raw material.

4. Used in agriculture as food; Fumigant for grain; Soil disinfectant, etc.

5. Used for boron analysis, oil and tobacco extraction agent. It is also used in the manufacture of acetylcellulose.

6. Used as analytical reagent, such as solvent, chromatographic analysis standard material. It is also used for the extraction of oils and fats and for organic synthesis.

7. As detergent, extractant, pesticide and metal deoiling agent.

8. Used as a solvent and pesticide for wax, fat, rubber, etc.
