Methyl Alcohol,other name Methanol, also known as hydroxymethane, is an organic compound that is toxic. It is the simplest saturated monohydric alcohol. which can highlight the hydroxyl group of methanol. Because it was first discovered in dry distillation wood, it is also called "wood alcohol" or "wood essence".
